Dear Connaught families,
The six modular classrooms we have been expecting will be moved onto the Connaught School site beginning next week and work should be completed by March 21. For everyone’s safety, the school’s greenspace will be temporarily closed:
- Tuesday, March 11
- Thursday, March 13
- Tuesday, March 18
Outside these key moving days, crews will work overnight and outside school hours to complete installation. During school hours, the construction area will be enclosed with fencing in the southwest corner of the school yard to maintain safety.
Once the modular units are on-site, additional work will be required before they can be used as learning spaces. This work will continue through late spring, with the classrooms expected to be ready for the 2025-2026 school year.
Student and staff safety remains our top priority. The construction area will be securely fenced, and all work during school hours will be carefully managed to minimize disruptions.
