Orange Shirt Day "Every Child Matters"

Orange Shirt Day grew out of Phyllis' story of having her new orange shirt taken away on her first day at a Residential School. It is also an opportunity for First Nations, local governments, schools and communities to come together in the spirit of reconciliation.

Students participated in a variety of activities intended to build community and strength of understanding.
