Action | Registration for 2025-2026 

  1. Students who live in our designated area and are currently in kindergarten – grade 5 at Connaught will be automatically enrolled at Connaught for next year. 
  2. Students who are in grade 6 will automatically be designated to the Junior High which serves their area.  
  3. Students who have moved out of our designated area have 2 choices of when to move to their new school. In both cases a transfer form is required: 
    1. Students may transfer immediately or 
    2. Students can finish this school year and must move for the 2025-2026 school year 
  5. New to kindergarten in the fall of 2025 
    1. If you have a child who was born in 2020 (turning 5 sometime in 2025) then they are eligible to attend kindergarten in September. 
    2. Register through School Engage prior to noon on February 11. (ensure you indicate a sibling attends Connaught) 
  7. Alternative Programs – If you would like to apply for an alternative program (TLC, Science, Languages, Arts) please follow the Expression of Interest process by Feb. 11 by noon, to be considered for the lottery.

If you have not yet completed the survey about our school development plan, school budget and school fees, time is running out. Please take some time to review the School Planning Presentation and complete the School Planning Survey 2025 | Elementary The survey will be open until February 11, 2025 – Midnight.

Reminder - Monthly Bottle Drive  

Friends of Connaught (the fundraising organization for Connaught School) and school administration's next monthly bottle drive fundraiser is this Thursday morning, February 6, 2025. The money raised will go toward improving the student experience at our school. 

Please bring clean and dry refundable drink containers to school. Friends of Connaught volunteers will be at the recycling bin near the east entrance of the school from 7:50 am - 8:10 am to collect your recyclables.
